SASHA LEIGH Beagle Young Female in Portland, Maine

My story
Sasha Leigh is a pretty Beagle/Hound mix girl that is just a little over a year of age and 40 pounds.  When she was first found in a state of neglect as a stray, she only weighed 24 pounds. She was starved for more than just food…she was starved for love and a kind hand from the human world.   A giving young woman took her in and fed her, loved her and got her healthy and spayed so there would be no unwanted puppies down the road.  This girl is in a condo right now and needs the ability to run and have the security of a fenced yard to do just that.   She is young and a tad bit impetuous when greeting people with a jump up on them.  We are working on that greeting to be more subdued. She just needs some polishing and some training which the rescue/good Samaritan is working on.  This dog is good with people and just wants to make friends with all she meets.  She is good around other dogs and cats too.  An excellent ability to be a great all around good dog that someone just needs to work with.  She is smart and eager to be loved and to please.  She doesn’t have any real fears that we noted or was mentioned about her.  She would be trainable and in ship shape condition in no time if you focused on her with time and loving patience.   We know there is someone out there that will bless Sasha Leigh with the best home ever. Please email us at ccrtennessee@gmail.com if you want to have us send you an adoption form or ask questions.   PLEASE NOTE:   Our dogs and cats are fostered in Tennessee and can transport weekly up to the Northeast region.  Request an application and learn more about Critter Cavalry at /adoption.
